Shadow Assassin Game Production sheet

Over the course of four weeks, I worked with several designers and 3d artists to work on a game called "Shadow Assassin". My work involved creating the ranged enemy, melee enemy, Boss enemy, and player character. I collaborated over the week, working with my artists and delegating tasks between each other that play to our strengths. The first week was spent modeling to ensure the characters are ready for Unreal Engine. I deleted unnecessary geometry, making it a low-poly game-res character.. I then UVd and animated the characters in week 2. It mainly consisted of troubleshooting and weight painting because I had to import it from Mixamo to Maya and then to Unreal. This caused some issues with rigging and animation skeletons that I managed to fix in time for my designers. During week 3, I focused on modeling, UVing, and animating the boss character since that couldn't be completed in time during weeks 1 and 2. The textures for the player character, ranged enemy, and melee enemy were done by my colleague William, while I textured the boss characters. Week 4 was spent polishing everything so it's ready to be imported into Unreal Engine, and checking in with the designers to see if there's anything extra they required or to finish up any work I couldn't complete during the previous weeks.

For the third week, textures were applied. I only textured the Boss. My colleague William textured the other three characters. During that time, I modeled, UV'd, and animated the boss character since I couldn't finish it the first two weeks

For the second week, I UV'd the character models with efficiency, and then imported them into Mixamo for animation. And then the weight is painted on them to ensure they move properly.

For the first week, I was tasked to model the characters for my designer's game. I looked at he references and did a game res blockout for the melee, ranged, main character, and boss character. Ensuring its optimized for unreal engine.
